Collective is a DEI consultancy and research lab whose mission is to redefine the way people work by harnessing the power of difference through diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
In crafting Collective’s identity, special attention was brought to embedding A DEI Lab into the wordmark, thus creating a distinctive circular icon to be used as a company seal. The letterforms were designed with halved circles, giving wholeness to the mark by bringing pieces together as a playful tribute to the brand’s mission.
